Welcome to my website.

I work primarily in oils in the style of classical realism. My latest work centers around my love of cooking
and the culinary arena. I get a thrill from the rich colors of fruit and the various sizes and shapes of God's bounty. Good simple food, the kind that makes the world go around, I love applying the red of a tomato - that may be a cadmium red straight out of the tube. I get excited when I can do that and it works!

As I go forward, I'll be painting people and landscapes, but I'll always have a love of still life!
